FAQ's

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for as standard. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. An option for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed is also available and should be selected at the point of purchase. An email with the tracking information will be sent to the email provided.

Here at Elite we make stringent checks on all items and we pride ourselves in only selling authentic items. If you feel that the item(s) you have purchased is not authentic we will be happy to accept a return. You must notify us of this within 1 day of receiving your item by sending an email to info@elitedressagency.com with your order details.
We accept online returns only (return not accepted with in-store purchases). A return must be confirmed via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Return postage is covered by you and that we recommend using tracked delivery method as lost  returns will not be refunded. We offer a Click & Collect service where you can collect your items from any of our stores. An option for store selection will be confirmed at the point of purchase. Confirmation will be sent via email when your order is ready for collection.
